Tucked away inside Brookfield Place is this mini French food hall with great treats and food options. I had the chance to visit a year or so ago and the service was just as good this time around but unfortunately the market had about half the offerings it previously had. Still, worth a visit if you're looking for traditional French fare with a great water view as well.

Le District is my top pick for lunch with coworkers--it never disappoints! We love grabbing a seat outdoors, soaking in the picturesque views, and unwinding during our break. The food is consistently good, and I can never resist the perfectly prepared mussels. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxing, making it an absolute gem.

Came here because it looked like a nice place to have lunch by the river. I got sat quickly but wasn't greeted by anyone for almost 10 mins. But once I did my server was very nice. I had a delicious cocktail and ordered an app. I've had this type of app before with the battered shrimp in a creamy aioli type of sauce, but I did like the pickled onion component on top but didn't love the nuts in it. The overall flavor was still good though. The views are nice and I did like their wine selections.

Had a great experience recently when entertaining out of town guests. Pastries were great, staff was ok and professional, cost was higher than expected IM, but not shocking given the location. We ordered a regular croissant, pan chocolat, macaroon and a coffee. All were a hit and according to the feedback were really excellent. ambience is good, a little dark in some corners but overall good. The coffee ended up being pricier than I expected.

The manager at the restaurant, I believe her name is Mariella, handled the situation when I returned in person and issued a gift card for the difference between the online menu price and what I was charged. She also apologized and said she would meet with her staff to regarding the messages that weren't conveyed. Thanks for your response!

Delicious food accompanied by beautiful surroundings and great servers. Live jazz music, a lovely scene with a large out door space and a large menu featuring fresh seafood and mouthwatering options. The interior of the restaurant is a bit dark so I would suggest asking for a table outside. Large wine menu and great bar, on the pricier side but worth it.

09/01/23: Last minute hangout with friends. Decor casual yet classy and chic. Waitstaff so friendly attentive and engaging. Knowledgeable of menu and made great recommendations. Food delicious and pleasing to our pallet especially the dessert and I'm not a chocolate person. Definitely would return to try other options.

Day and time : Thursday at 4pm Came downtown for a client meeting. Despite the distance from midtown , I chose to come here because of the Ambiance . I was hoping for warmer weather but it wasn't as warm but we still sat outside. The view is great , it's a great place to people watch and there are so many activities happening in downtown especially in the afternoon being so close to the ferry , Brookfield place . I only got to have drinks and not try the food but would like to come another time to do so . The limited time I was at the restaurant was positive - from the ambiance to the service , it left me wanting to come back soon to enjoy the food in a beautiful outdoor setting .
